Instructions for Expedited Russia Business Visa Application
The following instructions apply only to those who reside in Alabama, Arkansas, Kansas,
Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.
Documents required to secure a business visa to enter Russia
- Non-U.S. citizen must send a copy of their green card or a valid U.S. visa.
Calculate the processing fee you need to pay using the table below by
selecting your desired entry type and processing time according to your travel
plan.

The total fee listed below does not include the fee for return shipping.  This
is your payment when you enclose a prepaid airbill with your application for the
return shipping (recommended).  Otherwise, add $19 to your payment for the
return shipping by FedEx.

Make your check or money order payable to BCV.
Complete the BCV Visa Order Form online. This online form is essential for us
to know your application is coming and your shipping address and contact
information so that update of your order status can be sent to you via email.
Please send all the required documents (we recommend you to print out this
checklist to help you make sure all required documents enclosed) with your
check or money order to BCV (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS Express
recommended):
