All applicants are required to have an invitation issued by a travel agency
recognized by the Russian government and a hotel voucher.  The agency's
reference number and registration number must be showed.

Documents required to secure a tourist visa to enter Russia:
- Non-U.S. citizen must send a copy of their green card or a valid U.S. visa.
Calculate the processing fee you need to pay using the table below by selecting
your desired entry type and processing time according to your travel plan.
Complete the BCV Visa Order Form online. This online form is essential for us
to know your application is coming and your shipping address and contact
information so that update of your order status can be sent to you via email.
The processing fees listed above are per applicant.
Processing times are business days and do not include shipping time.
For same day rush service, the application must be received before 10:30
AM, CST.

1). Add $19 to your payment for return shipping by FedEx Express (USPS
Express for residents of Alaska and Hawaii. Saturday delivery is not included).
or
2). Enclose a prepaid airbill (FedEx, UPS, DHL or other expediting carriers) or an
envelope with sufficient stamps (US Post Office Express Mail, Priority Mail with
Delivery Confirmation, or Certified Mail. Regular Mails or Priority Mails without
confirmation are not accepted).
Payment
Pay all fees including processing fee and return shipping fee by one check or
money order. Make it payable to BCV Visa and Passport Services. Personal
checks, business checks, cashier checks, or money orders are accepted.
Please send all the required documents with your check or money order to
BCV (FedEx, UPS, DHL, or USPS Express recommended). Multiple
applications can be sent and returned in one package.
